We issue every client demands & needs statement showing the details that we have used to obtain your quotation; this should be checked by the client to ensure that they have declared all the relevant information.
All policy documents are sent to the clients as soon as issued from the insurer, this will include claims handling process and contact numbers should a claim be made.
When a policy is due for renewal we will obtain the terms from the current underwriters and then attempt to re-broke the policy to try and obtain a more competitive premium, we of course ensure that the policy conditions are not effected.
